Privacy Policy

Pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (DGPR) and because we believe that the protection of personal information is a core value of our business, we provide the following information (“Privacy Policy”).

1. Data controller
The Data Controller of personal information is edigeo s.r.l. (hereinafter “edigeo”) which has its registered office in Milan, via del Lauro 3, in the person of its legal representative. To contact the owner, you can write to edigeo’s registered office or send an email to info@edigeo.it.

2. Type of information, provision and legal basis
The information provided by filling out the online forms are:

These data are required to allow the user to request information about the site, activities and products of Edigeo S.r.l. The Data subject, by sending the form expresses his or her consent to the processing of personal data for the mandatory purposes mentioned above.

All data collected while browsing the site (browsing data, such as IP number, operating system, date and time of access, etc.), the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, are not stored or retained by edigeo.

3. Processing methods
The processing of personal information is carried out through the use of manual, computerized and telematic tools by edigeo facilities. In any case, the processing is carried out with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data, which will also be managed and protected in environments whose access is under constant control.

4. Reporting and disclosure of data
Personal data collected for the purposes in 2 above will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties.

5. Data retention
The data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case no longer than the term of 10 years provided for civil, tax and accounting purposes.

6. Rights of Data subjects

In connection with the processing of personal information, the Data subject has the right to obtain:
6.a. Confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data, their communication in an intelligible form and knowledge of their origin as well as the logic on which the processing is based.
6.b. The removal or blocking of personal information processed in violation of the law.
6.c. The updating of personal information, their rectification or, when interested, their supplementation.
6.d. Certification that the operations referred to in points 6.b. and 6.c. have been brought to the attention of those to whom the personal information have been communicated, provided that it does not prove impossible or involve the use of disproportionate means.
6.e. The Data subject also has the right to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of personal information by writing to the data controller.

Any notification regarding one’s personal information can be sent by writing to the edigeo office or by sending an email to info@edigeo.it.

In the event of a data breach, the Data Subject may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or any other European Union country where he or she has his or her habitual residence or where he or she believes the breach has occurred.
